Trademarks Act 2019 s 19
(1) Goods or services shall be classified for the purposes of the registration of trademarks in accordance with a system of classification as prescribed. (2) If any question arises as to the class within which any goods or services are comprised, that question shall be decided by the Registrar.
Pengelasan barang-barang atau perkhidmatan
(1) Barang-barang atau perkhidmatan hendaklah dikelaskan bagi maksud pendaftaran cap dagangan mengikut sistem pengelasan sebagaimana yang ditetapkan. (2) Jika apa-apa persoalan timbul tentang kelas yang dalamnya apa-apa barang-barang atau perkhidmatan itu terkandung, soalan itu hendaklah diputuskan oleh Pendaftar.
