s 32 Withdrawal or restriction of application for registration of trademark
(1) An applicant may, before the registration of trademark to which his application relates, withdraw his application or restrict the goods or services covered by the application by filing a request in the form as determined by the Registrar.
(2) Any person may withdraw the application or restrict the goods or services if the right or interest relied on in the filing of the application, notice or request has become vested in him.
(3) The person referred to in subsection (2) shall notify the Registrar in the prescribed manner that the right or interest has become vested in him.
(4) If the acceptance of the application for registration of a trademark has been published under section 31, a notice of the withdrawal or restriction of the goods or services of that application shall also be published.
(5) Any withdrawal or restriction made under this section shall not be revoked if the application for withdrawal or restriction has been given effect by the Registrar.

Penarikan balik atau sekatan permohonan bagi pendaftaran cap dagangan
(1) Seseorang pemohon boleh, sebelum pendaftaran cap dagangan yang berkaitan dengan permohonannya, menarik balik permohonannya atau menyekat barang-barang atau perkhidmatan yang terliput dalam permohonan itu dengan memfailkan permintaan mengikut bentuk yang ditentukan oleh Pendaftar.
(2) Mana-mana orang boleh menarik balik permohonan itu atau menyekat barang-barang atau perkhidmatan itu jika hak atau kepentingan yang terhadapnya pemohon itu bergantung untuk pemfailan permohonan itu, notis atau permintaan itu telah menjadi terletak hak padanya.
(3) Orang yang disebut dalam subseksyen (2) hendaklah memberitahu Pendaftar mengikut cara yang ditetapkan bahawa hak atau kepentingan itu telah terletak hak padanya.
(4) Jika penyetujuterimaan permohonan bagi pendaftaran suatu cap dagangan telah disiarkan di bawah seksyen 31, notis penarikbalikan atau sekatan barang-barang atau perkhidmatan bagi permohonan itu juga hendaklah disiarkan.
(5) Apa-apa penarikan balik atau sekatan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen ini tidak boleh dibatalkan jika permohonan bagi penarikbalikan atau sekatan itu telah dikuatkuasakan oleh Pendaftar.
