Trademarks Act 2019 s 37
(1) An application for the registration of trademark or the registration of trademark may, upon the request of the applicant or registered proprietor, be divided into two or more separate applications for the registration or registration of trademark. (2) The request under subsection (1) shall be made to the Registrar before or after the trademark is registered in the form as determined by the Registrar together with the payment of the prescribed fee.
Permohonan bagi pembahagian
(1) Suatu permohonan bagi pendaftaran cap dagangan atau pendaftaran cap dagangan boleh, atas permintaan pemohon atau tuan punya berdaftar, dibahagikan kepada dua atau lebih permohonan yang berasingan bagi pendaftaran atau pendaftaran cap dagangan. (2) Permintaan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah dibuat kepada Pendaftar sebelum atau selepas cap dagangan itu didaftarkan mengikut bentuk sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Pendaftar bersama-sama dengan pembayaran fi yang ditetapkan.
