Trademarks Act 2019 s 72
(1) A collective mark shall be a sign distinguishing the goods or services of members of the association which is the proprietor of the collective mark from those of other undertakings. (2) The provisions of this Act apply to collective marks subject to the provisions of the First Schedule.
Cap kolektif
(1) Suatu cap kolektif ialah suatu tanda yang membezakan barang-barang atau perkhidmatan anggota persatuan yang merupakan tuan punya cap kolektif daripada perusahaan yang lain. (2) Peruntukan Akta ini terpakai bagi cap kolektif tertakluk kepada peruntukan Jadual Pertama.
