Trademarks Act 2019 s 92
(1) If the reasonable expenses incurred by the Registrar in relation to any action taken by the Registrar under this Part, or taken in accordance with an order of the Court under this Part, exceed the amount of security deposited under section 83, the amount of the excess shall be a debt due to the Registrar. (2) The debt under subsection (1) shall be due by the applicant, or, if there are two or more applicants, by the applicants jointly and severally.
Cagaran tidak mencukupi
(1) Jika perbelanjaan yang munasabah yang ditanggung oleh Pendaftar berhubung dengan mana-mana tindakan yang diambil oleh Pendaftar di bawah Bahagian ini, atau diambil mengikut suatu perintah Mahkamah di bawah Bahagian ini, melebihi amaun cagaran yang didepositkan di bawah seksyen 83, amaun yang lebih itu itu hendaklah menjadi hutang yang kena dibayar kepada Pendaftar. (2) Hutang di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah kena dibayar oleh pemohon, atau, jika terdapat dua atau lebih pemohon, oleh pemohon secara bersesama dan berasingan.
