The Overseas Missionary Fellowship (Incorporation) Act 1957 (Revised - 2019) s 4

s 4 Common seal

(1) The Corporation shall have a common seal which may be broken, changed, altered and made anew as the Corporation thinks fit. (2) Until a seal is provided under this section, a stamp bearing the inscription “The Overseas Missionary Fellowship” may be used as the common seal of the Corporation. (3) All deeds, documents and other instruments requiring the seal of the Corporation shall be sealed with the seal of the Corporation in the presence of the Secretary of The Overseas Missionary Fellowship, who shall append his signature to the deeds, documents and other instruments and shall be countersigned by either of the Superintendents mentioned in subsection 3(1). (4) The signing shall be sufficient evidence that the seal was duly and properly affixed and that the seal is the lawful seal of the Corporation.
