The Daughters of Charity of the Canossian Institute (Incorporation) Act 1957 (Revised - 2019) s 5
A notification in the Gazette of the appointment of any person to hold or act in the office of the Mother Superior of the Daughters of Charity of the Canossian Institute (Malaya) shall be conclusive evidence that such person was duly so appointed.
Pemberitahuan pelantikan Mother Superior
Suatu pemberitahuan dalam Warta mengenai pelantikan mana-mana orang untuk memegang atau bertindak dalam jawatan Mother Superior of the Daughters of Charity of the Canossian Institute (Malaya) hendaklah menjadi keterangan muktamad bahawa orang itu telah dilantik sedemikian dengan sewajarnya.
