(1) The General Committee may appoint subcommittees consisting of members of the Committee with the addition of any other persons as the Committee may desire with the approval of the Trustees. (2) The General Committee may at any time, remove such other persons appointed under subsection (1) and appoint other persons in their place with the approval of the Trustees. (3) The General Committee may delegate any power as it thinks fit to the subcommittees.
Jawatankuasa kecil
(1) Jawatankuasa Am boleh melantik jawatankuasa kecil yang terdiri daripada anggota Jawatankuasa dengan tambahan mana-mana orang lain sebagaimana yang dihasratkan oleh Jawatankuasa dengan kelulusan Pemegang Amanah. (2) Jawatankuasa Am boleh pada bila-bila masa, memecat mana-mana orang lain yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen (1) dan melantik mana-mana orang lain sebagai ganti mereka dengan kelulusan Pemegang Amanah. (3) Jawatankuasa Am boleh mewakilkan apa-apa kuasa sebagaimana yang difikirkannya patut kepada jawatankuasa kecil.
