National Anti-Financial Crime Centre Act 2019 s 10
s 10 Executive Committee
(1) A committee to be known as the Executive Committee is established for the purpose of this Act.
(2) The Executive Committee shall consist of the following members:
(a) the Director General as Chairman;
(b) the Deputy Director General as Deputy Chairman;
(c) the Public Prosecutor or his representative; and
(d) any director of investigation or director of investigation of money laundering from an enforcement agency, or other officer of the similar position for any other Government Entity as appointed by the Director General.
(3) The appointment made under paragraph (2)(d) by the Director General shall be on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the instrument of appointment.
(4) The Executive Committee shall determine its own meeting procedure.
(5) The Executive Committee may invite any person to attend its meetings to advise the Executive Committee on any matter.

Jawatankuasa Eksekutif
(1) Suatu jawatankuasa yang dikenali sebagai Jawatankuasa Eksekutif ditubuhkan bagi maksud Akta ini.
(2) Jawatankuasa Eksekutif hendaklah terdiri daripada anggota yang berikut:
(a) Ketua Pengarah sebagai Pengerusi;
(b) Timbalan Ketua Pengarah sebagai Timbalan Pengerusi;
(c) Pendakwa Raya atau wakilnya; dan
(d) mana-mana pengarah siasatan atau pengarah siasatan pengubahan wang haram daripada agensi penguat kuasa, atau pegawai lain yang sama kedudukan bagi mana-mana Entiti Kerajaan yang lain sebagaimana yang dilantik oleh Ketua Pengarah.
(3) Pelantikan yang dibuat di bawah perenggan (2)(d) oleh Ketua Pengarah hendaklah atas apa-apa terma dan syarat sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam surat cara pelantikan.
(4) Jawatankuasa Eksekutif hendaklah menentukan tatacara mesyuaratnya sendiri.
(5) Jawatankuasa Eksekutif boleh menjemput mana-mana orang untuk menghadiri mesyuaratnya untuk menasihati Jawatankuasa Eksekutif mengenai apa-apa perkara.
