National Anti-Financial Crime Centre Act 2019 s 18
s 18 Obligation of secrecy
(1) Except for the purposes of this Act or for the purposes of any civil or criminal proceedings under any written law or where otherwise authorized by the Director General—
(a) no officer of the National Anti-Financial Crime Centre or members of the Advisory Board or Executive Committee, whether during or after his tenure of office or employment, shall disclose any information obtained by him in the course of his duties; and
(b) no other person who has, by any means, access to any information or document relating to the affairs of the National Anti-Financial Crime Centre shall disclose such information or document.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to both.

Kewajipan kerahsiaan
(1) Kecuali bagi maksud Akta ini atau bagi maksud apa-apa prosiding sivil atau jenayah di bawah mana-mana undang-undang bertulis atau jika selainnya dibenarkan oleh Ketua Pengarah—
(a) tiada pegawai Pusat Pencegahan Jenayah Kewangan Nasional atau anggota Lembaga Penasihat atau Jawatankuasa Eksekutif, sama ada semasa atau selepas tempoh jawatan atau pekerjaannya, boleh menzahirkan apa-apa maklumat yang diperoleh olehnya semasa melaksanakan kewajipannya; dan
(b) tiada orang lain yang mempunyai, melalui apa-apa cara, akses kepada apa-apa maklumat atau dokumen yang berhubungan dengan hal ehwal Pusat Pencegahan Jenayah Kewangan Nasional boleh menzahirkan maklumat atau dokumen itu.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau didenda tidak melebihi satu ratus ribu ringgit atau kedua-duanya.
