Currency Act 2020 s 45
(1) A person to be examined under section 43 shall appear before the Bank at the time and place as may be specified by the Bank. (2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit.
Kehadiran di hadapan Bank
(1) Seseorang yang dikehendaki supaya diperiksa di bawah seksyen 43 hendaklah hadir di hadapan Bank pada masa dan di tempat yang ditentukan oleh Bank. (2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi satu ratus ribu ringgit.
