A member or subscriber or person having an interest in the funds of a registered society may inspect the books of the society at all reasonable hours at the registered office of the society or at any place where the books are kept.
Pemeriksaan buku oleh anggota
Seseorang anggota atau peyuran atau seseorang yang mempunyai sesuatu kepentingan dalam kumpulan wang pertubuhan berdaftar boleh memeriksa buku pertubuhan itu pada bila-bila masa yang munasabah di pejabat berdaftar pertubuhan itu atau di mana-mana tempat buku itu disimpan.
