(1) The Registrar may, in writing, delegate any of the powers conferred on him under this Act, except the power of delegation under this section, to any Assistant Registrar appointed under section 3. (2) A delegation under subsection (1) may be made subject to such restrictions and limitations as may be prescribed by the Registrar in the instrument of delegation. (3) The power of delegation under subsection (1) shall be exercised by the Registrar personally.
Kuasa pewakilan
(1) Pendaftar boleh, secara bertulis, mewakilkan mana-mana kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya di bawah Akta ini, kecuali kuasa pewakilan di bawah seksyen ini, kepada mana-mana Penolong Pendaftar yang dilantik di bawah seksyen 3. (2) Pewakilan di bawah subseksyen (1) boleh dijadikan tertakluk kepada apa-apa sekatan dan batasan yang ditetapkan oleh Pendaftar dalam surat cara pewakilan itu. (3) Kuasa pewakilan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah dijalankan oleh Pendaftar sendiri.
