s 41 Unlawful societies
(1) For the purposes of this Act, any of the following societies shall be an unlawful society, that is to say:
(a) a society or a branch which has been declared unlawful by the Minister under section 5;
(b) a society or a branch which is not registered under section 7;
(c) a branch of a registered society, where the branch was established in contravention of subsection 12(1), or continues to exist in contravention of the proviso to subsection 12(3);
(d) a society or a branch of the society which has had its registration cancelled under section 2A, 13, 14 or 16.
(2) Where a society is unlawful under subsection (1), or its registration is cancelled under this Act, every branch of the society shall immediately thereupon be unlawful and the approval of the Registrar for its establishment shall be deemed to be revoked,
and where a branch of a society is unlawful under subsection (1) or the approval of the Registrar for its establishment is deemed to be revoked under this subsection, every branch subordinate to that branch shall immediately thereupon be unlawful and the approval of the Registrar for its establishment shall be deemed to be revoked.

Pertubuhan yang menyalahi undang-undang
(1) Bagi maksud Akta ini, mana-mana pertubuhan yang berikut adalah menjadi suatu pertubuhan yang menyalahi undangundang, iaitu:
(a) sesuatu pertubuhan atau sesuatu cawangan yang telah diisytiharkan sebagai menyalahi undang-undang oleh Menteri di bawah seksyen 5;
(b) sesuatu pertubuhan atau sesuatu cawangan yang tidak didaftarkan di bawah seksyen 7;
(c) sesuatu cawangan sesuatu pertubuhan berdaftar, jika cawangan itu telah ditubuhkan dengan melanggar subseksyen 12(1), atau terus wujud dengan melanggar proviso kepada subseksyen 12(3);
(d) sesuatu pertubuhan atau sesuatu cawangan pertubuhan itu yang pendaftarannya telah dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 2A, 13, 14 atau 16.
(2) Jika sesuatu pertubuhan adalah menyalahi undang-undang di bawah subseksyen (1), atau pendaftarannya dibatalkan di bawah Akta ini, tiap-tiap cawangan pertubuhan itu hendaklah dengan serta-merta selepas itu menjadi menyalahi undang-undang dan kelulusan Pendaftar bagi penubuhannya hendaklah disifatkan terbatal, dan jika cawangan sesuatu pertubuhan adalah menyalahi undang-undang di bawah subseksyen (1) atau kelulusan Pendaftar bagi penubuhannya disifatkan terbatal di bawah subseksyen ini, tiap-tiap cawangan yang di bawah cawangan itu hendaklah dengan serta-merta selepas itu menjadi menyalahi undang-undang dan kelulusan Pendaftar bagi penubuhannya hendaklah disifatkan terbatal.
