s 45 Penalty for inciting, etc., a person to become a member of an unlawful society
(1) Any person who incites, induces or invites another person to become a member of, or to assist in the management of, an unlawful society commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding four years or to a fine not exceeding fifteen thousand ringgit or to both.
(2) Any person who uses any violence, threat or intimidation towards any other person in order to induce him to become a member of, or to assist in the management of, an unlawful society commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to a fine not exceeding fifteen thousand ringgit or to both.

Penalti kerana menghasut, dsb., seseorang supaya menjadi seorang anggota pertubuhan yang menyalahi undang-undang
(1) Mana-mana orang yang menghasut, mendorong atau mengajak seorang lain supaya menjadi seorang anggota, atau supaya membantu dalam pengurusan, sesuatu pertubuhan yang menyalahi undang-undang melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi empat tahun atau didenda tidak melebihi lima belas ribu ringgit atau kedua-duanya.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang menggunakan apa-apa kekerasan, ugutan atau intimidasi terhadap mana-mana orang lain bagi mendorong orang lain itu supaya menjadi seorang anggota, atau supaya membantu dalam pengurusan, sesuatu pertubuhan yang menyalahi undang-undang melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi lima tahun atau didenda tidak melebihi lima belas ribu ringgit atau kedua-duanya.
