Any books, accounts, writings, banners, insignia or other property belonging to any unlawful society shall, upon order of a Sessions Court Judge or a Magistrate, be forfeited and given to the Registrar or to an Assistant Registrar for disposal in such manner as he may think fit.
Pelucuthakan
Apa-apa buku, akaun, tulisan, sepanduk, lambang kebesaran atau harta lain yang dipunyai oleh mana-mana pertubuhan yang menyalahi undang-undang hendaklah, atas perintah Hakim Mahkamah Sesyen atau Majistret, dilucuthakkan dan diberikan kepada Pendaftar atau Penolong Pendaftar bagi pelupusan mengikut apa-apa cara yang difikirkannya patut.
