The Minister may at his discretion in writing exempt any society registered under this Act from all or any of the provisions of this Act.

Menteri boleh menurut budi bicaranya secara bertulis mengecualikan mana-mana pertubuhan yang didaftarkan di bawah Akta ini daripada kesemua atau mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini.
