(1) A licence may be renewed from time to time by the licensee by submitting an application to the Board in such manner as may be prescribed.
(2) The Board may, after considering the application for the renewal of a licence made under subsection (1), approve or refuse the application.
(3) Where an application for the renewal of a licence is approved by the Board, the licence shall be renewed upon payment of the prescribed fee and the Board may impose such conditions as the Board thinks fit.

Pembaharuan lesen
(1) Suatu lesen boleh dibaharui dari semasa ke semasa oleh pemegang lesen dengan mengemukakan suatu permohonan kepada Lembaga mengikut cara sebagaimana yang ditetapkan.
(2) Lembaga boleh, selepas menimbangkan permohonan bagi pembaharuan lesen yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen (1), meluluskan atau menolak permohonan itu.
(3) Jika permohonan bagi pembaharuan lesen diluluskan oleh Lembaga, lesen itu hendaklah dibaharui apabila fi yang ditetapkan dibayar dan Lembaga boleh mengenakan apa-apa syarat sebagaimana yang Lembaga fikirkan patut.
