s 37 Notification of changes in relation to space object
(1) Any owner whose space object has been registered under section 36 shall notify the Space Regulator if—
(a) the space object has ceased to be in operation;
(b) the space object is physically destroyed; or
(c) there is any change in the particulars given on the space object for the purposes of registration.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable—
(a) where such person is an individual, to a fine not exceeding twenty-five thousand ringgit; or
(b) where such person is a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.

Pemberitahuan perubahan berhubung dengan objek angkasa
(1) Mana-mana pemunya yang objek angkasanya telah didaftarkan di bawah seksyen 36 hendaklah memberitahu Penguasa Angkasa sekiranya—
(a) objek angkasa itu telah terhenti daripada beroperasi;
(b) objek angkasa itu telah musnah secara fizikal; atau
(c) terdapat apa-apa perubahan kepada butir-butir yang diberikan mengenai objek angkasa itu bagi maksud pendaftaran.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan—
(a) jika orang itu ialah orang perseorangan, didenda tidak melebihi dua puluh lima ribu ringgit; atau
(b) jika orang itu ialah suatu pertubuhan perbadanan, didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit.
