s 71 Exemption
The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, subject to such conditions or restrictions as he may consider necessary or expedient to impose, exempt any person or class of persons from any or all of the provisions of this Act.

Menteri boleh, melalui perintah dalam Warta, tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat atau sekatan yang difikirkannya perlu atau suai manfaat dikenakan, mengecualikan mana-mana orang atau mana-mana golongan orang daripada mana-mana atau semua peruntukan Akta ini.
