s 72 Regulations
(1) The Minister may make such regulations as may be expedient or necessary for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations may be made for the following purposes:
(a) to prescribe for the manner for application of licence, launch permit and launch certificate;
(b) to prescribe for the requirements for the granting of licence, launch permit and launch certificate including requirements relating to financial and technical resources;
(c) to prescribe for fees payable under this Act;
(d) to prescribe for the manner of application for renewal of licence;
(e) to prescribe for the manner of registration of space object;
(f) to prescribe for the manner the liability for any damage resulting from the launch of a space object is insured;
(g) to prescribe for the manner in which the investigation into any accident or incident shall be conducted.
(3) Any regulations made under this Act may prescribe an act or omission in contravention of the regulations to be an offence and may prescribe penalties—
(a) where such person is an individual, to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both; or
(b) where such person is a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding one million ringgit.

Peraturan-peraturan
(1) Menteri boleh membuat apa-apa peraturan-peraturan yang suai manfaat atau perlu bagi melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini dengan lebih baik.
(2) Ta n p a m e n j e j a s k a n k e l u a s a n s u b s e k s y e n ( 1 ) , peraturan-peraturan boleh dibuat bagi maksud yang berikut:
(a) untuk menetapkan cara bagi permohonan lesen, permit pelancaran dan perakuan pelancaran;
(b) untuk menetapkan kehendak bagi pemberian lesen, permit pelancaran dan perakuan pelancaran termasuk kehendak yang berhubungan dengan sumber kewangan dan teknikal;
(c) untuk menetapkan fi yang perlu dibayar di bawah Akta ini;
(d) untuk menetapkan cara permohonan bagi pembaharuan lesen;
(e) untuk menetapkan cara pendaftaran objek angkasa;
(f) untuk menetapkan cara bagi tanggungan untuk apa-apa kerosakan yang berbangkit daripada pelancaran suatu objek angkasa diinsuranskan;
(g) untuk menetapkan cara penyiasatan tentang insiden dan kemalangan dijalankan.
(3) Mana-mana peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini boleh menetapkan suatu perbuatan atau peninggalan yang melanggar peraturan-peraturan itu menjadi suatu kesalahan dan boleh menetapkan penalti—
(a) jika orang itu ialah orang perseorangan, didenda tidak melebihi lima ratus ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi lima tahun atau kedua-duanya; atau
(b) jika orang itu ialah suatu pertubuhan perbadanan, didenda tidak melebihi satu juta ringgit.
