s 9 Meetings of the Board
(1) The Board shall convene its meeting at least once a year and the meeting shall be held at the time and place specified in written notice by the Chairman.
(2) The Chairman shall preside at the meeting of the Board.
(3) Where the Chairman is absent from any meeting of the Board, the Deputy Chairman shall replace him as the chairman of the meeting.
(4) Five members, including the chairman of the meeting, shall constitute the quorum of the Board.
(5) The Chairman may authorize the use of a live video link, live television link or any other electronic means of communication for the purposes of any meeting of the Board.
(6) Where there is an equality of votes, the Chairman or the Deputy Chairman replacing the Chairman pursuant to subsection (3) shall have the casting vote.
(7) The Board may determine its own procedure.

Mesyuarat Lembaga
(1) L e m b a g a h e n d a k l a h m e n g a d a k a n m e s y u a r a t n y a sekurang-kurangnya sekali dalam setahun dan mesyuarat itu hendaklah diadakan pada masa dan di tempat yang dinyatakan dalam notis bertulis oleh Pengerusi.
(2) Pengerusi hendaklah mempengerusikan mesyuarat Lembaga.
(3) Jika Pengerusi tidak hadir pada mana-mana mesyuarat Lembaga, Timbalan Pengerusi hendaklah menggantikannya sebagai pengerusi mesyuarat.
(4) Lima orang anggota, termasuk pengerusi mesyuarat, hendaklah membentuk kuorum Lembaga.
(5) Pengerusi boleh membenarkan penggunaan suatu rangkaian video secara langsung, rangkaian televisyen secara langsung atau apa-apa cara komunikasi elektronik yang lain bagi maksud apa-apa mesyuarat Lembaga.
(6) J i k a t e r d a p a t b i l a n g a n u n d i y a n g s a m a b a n y a k , Pengerusi atau Timbalan Pengerusi yang menggantikan Pengerusi menurut subseksyen (3) hendaklah mempunyai undi pemutus.
(7) Lembaga boleh menentukan tatacaranya sendiri.
