s 101 Guidelines, etc., on transitional matters

The Registrar may issue guidelines or practice directions to provide for any matters in force before the date of coming into operation of this Act to be dealt with in such a manner as to bring the matters in conformity with this Act.

Pendaftar boleh mengeluarkan garis panduan atau arahan amalan untuk mengadakan peruntukan bagi apa-apa perkara yang berkuat kuasa sebelum tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini untuk diuruskan dengan sedemikian cara sehingga bertepatan dengan Akta ini.
