s 63 Jurisdiction to try offences
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any written law, a Sessions Court shall have jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act and to impose the full punishment for any such offence.

Bidang kuasa untuk membicarakan kesalahan
Walau apa pun apa-apa yang berlawanan dalam mana-mana undang-undang bertulis, Mahkamah Sesyen hendaklah mempunyai bidang kuasa untuk membicarakan apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini dan mengenakan hukuman penuh bagi apa-apa kesalahan itu.
