s 69 Service of application, order or judgment on Registrar
(1) A copy of every application to the Court relating to an application for the registration of a geographical indication or a registered geographical indication in the proceedings including an appeal from such application shall be served on the Registrar by the parties to the application in the manner as determined by the Registrar within the prescribed period together with payment of the prescribed fee.
(2) Upon receipt of a copy of the application including an appeal under subsection (1), the Registrar may change the status of the application for registration of the geographical indication or the registered geographical indication as the Registrar thinks fit, subject to further condition, direction, instruction, order or judgment of the court.
(3) Any order or judgment made by the court upon the completion of the application including an appeal filed under subsection (1) shall be served on the Registrar in the manner as determined by the Registrar together with payment of the prescribed fee by the parties in whose favour the order or judgment is made or given.
(4) Upon receipt of the order or judgment under subsection (3), if the Registrar considers that publicity should be given upon giving effect to the order or judgment of the court, the Registrar may make a publication relating to the giving effect to the order or judgment of the court in the Intellectual Property Official Journal.

Penyampaian permohonan, perintah atau penghakiman kepada Pendaftar
(1) Suatu salinan tiap-tiap permohonan kepada Mahkamah yang berhubungan dengan permohonan bagi pendaftaran suatu petunjuk geografi atau suatu petunjuk geografi berdaftar dalam prosiding termasuk suatu rayuan daripada permohonan itu hendaklah disampaikan kepada Pendaftar oleh pihak-pihak
kepada permohonan itu mengikut cara sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Pendaftar dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan bersama dengan pembayaran fi yang ditetapkan.
(2) Apabila sesalinan permohonan termasuk suatu rayuan di bawah subseksyen (1) diterima, Pendaftar boleh mengubah status permohonan bagi pendaftaran petunjuk geografi atau petunjuk geografi berdaftar itu sebagaimana yang difikirkan patut oleh Pendaftar, tertakluk kepada syarat, arahan, suruhan, perintah atau penghakiman lanjut mahkamah.
(3) Apa-apa perintah atau penghakiman yang dibuat oleh mahkamah apabila selesai permohonan termasuk suatu rayuan yang difailkan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah disampaikan kepada Pendaftar mengikut cara sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Pendaftar bersama dengan pembayaran fi yang ditetapkan oleh pihak-pihak yang perintah atau penghakiman itu dibuat atau diberikan memihak kepadanya.
(4) Apabila perintah atau penghakiman di bawah subseksyen (3) diterima, jika difikirkan oleh Pendaftar bahawa publisiti harus diberikan dalam menguatkuasakan perintah atau penghakiman mahkamah itu, Pendaftar boleh membuat suatu penyiaran yang berhubungan dengan penguatkuasaan perintah atau penghakiman mahkamah itu dalam Jurnal Rasmi Harta Intelek.
