Geographical Indications Act 2022 s 72
In all proceedings before any court, the court may, in its discretion, award any party including the Registrar such costs as it may consider reasonable but the Registrar shall not be ordered to pay the costs of any party.
Kos prosiding di hadapan mahkamah
Dalam semua prosiding di hadapan mana-mana mahkamah, mahkamah itu boleh, mengikut budi bicaranya, mengawardkan mana-mana pihak termasuk Pendaftar apa-apa kos sebagaimana yang difikirkannya munasabah tetapi Pendaftar tidak boleh diperintahkan untuk membayar kos mana-mana pihak.
