Housewives' Social Security Act 2022 s 7
(1) All functions including powers which may be exercised by the Organization under this Act shall be exercised by the Director General. (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Director General may, in writing, delegate any of his powers and functions subject to such terms and restrictions as he thinks fit to the Deputy Directors General, Inspector, or officers and servants of the Organization for the purposes of this Act.
Penjalanan fungsi dan kuasa Pertubuhan
(1) Semua fungsi termasuk kuasa yang boleh dijalankan oleh Pertubuhan di bawah Akta ini hendaklah dijalankan oleh Ketua Pengarah. (2) Walau apa pun subseksyen (1), Ketua Pengarah boleh, secara bertulis, mewakilkan apa-apa kuasa dan fungsinya tertakluk kepada apa-apa terma dan sekatan sebagaimana yang difikirkan patut olehnya kepada Timbalan Ketua Pengarah, Pemeriksa, atau pegawai dan pekhidmat Pertubuhan bagi maksud Akta ini.
