Housewives' Social Security Act 2022 s 73
(1) No appeal shall be made to the High Court against an order of the Tribunal unless it involves a question of law or a mixed question of law and fact. (2) The appeal referred to in subsection (1) shall be made within sixty days from the date of the written order is made by the Tribunal.
Rayuan
(1) Tiada rayuan boleh dibuat kepada Mahkamah Tinggi terhadap perintah Tribunal melainkan jika rayuan itu melibatkan persoalan undang-undang atau campuran persoalan undang-undang dan fakta. (2) Rayuan yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) hendaklah dibuat dalam masa enam puluh hari dari tarikh perintah bertulis itu dibuat oleh Tribunal.
