Housewives' Social Security Act 2022 s 89

s 89 Power to exempt

The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette and subject to such terms and conditions specified in the order, exempt— (a) any housewife or husband to the housewife; or (b) any dependant, from any of the provisions of this Act or any regulations made under this Act.

Kuasa untuk mengecualikan

Menteri boleh, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta dan tertakluk kepada apa-apa terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan dalam perintah itu, mengecualikan— (a) mana-mana suri rumah atau suami suri rumah; atau (b) mana-mana orang tanggungan, daripada mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini atau mana-mana peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini.
