s 5 Notification of appointment of Titular Superior
A notification in the Gazette of the appointment of any person— (a) to the office of the Titular Superior or Brother Procurator of the Congregation of the Brothers of Christian Instruction of Saint Gabriel, Peninsular Malaysia; or (b) to officiate as such Titular Superior or Brother Procurator, shall be conclusive evidence that such person is duly authorized to exercise the powers conferred on the Titular Superior or the Brother Procurator, as the case may be, under this Act.
