s 3 Use of corporate seal
(1) No deed, document or other instrument sealed with the seal of the Corporation shall be deemed to be duly sealed unless such seal has been affixed in the presence of the person for the time being holding or acting in the office of Superior of the Institute of the Congregation of the Brothers of Mercy or his attorney duly authorized by a power of attorney registered under the Powers of Attorney Act 1949 [Act 424], and unless such deed, document or other instrument is signed by such person.
(2) Such signing shall be taken as sufficient evidence of the due sealing of such deed, document or other instrument.

(1) Tiada surat ikatan, suratan atau surat cara lain yang dimeteraikan dengan meterai Perbadanan itu boleh disifatkan telah dimeteraikan dengan sepatutnya melainkan jıka meterai itu telah dicapkan di hadapan orang yang pada masa itu memegang didaftarkan di bawah Ákta Surat Kuasa Wakil 1949 [Akta 424], dan melainkan jika surat ikatan, suratan atau surat cara yang lain ıtu dıtandatanganı oleh orang 1tu.
(2) Penandatanganan itu hendaklah diterima sebagai reterangan yang cukup mengenai pemeteraian sepatutnya bag surat ikatan, suratan atau surat cara yang lain itu Pelantikan •4. Suatu pemberitahuan dalam Warta mengenai pelantikan mana-mana orang untuk memegang atau memangku jawata 'uperior bagi Institut tersebut hendaklah menjadi keterangaı
