Nothing in this Act shall affect the rights of the Yang di- Pertuan Agong, the Rulers and the Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Penang, Malacca, Sabah and Sarawak, of all bodies politic and corporate and of all others, except such as are mentioned in this Act, and those claiming by, from or under them.
Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh menyentuh hak Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Duli-Duli Yang Maha Mulia Raja-Raja dan Tuan-Tuan Yang Terutama Yang di-Pertua-Yang di-Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang, Melaka, , Sabah dan Sarawak, hak segala pertubuhan politik dan perbadanan dan hak orang lain, kecuali hak orang sebagaimana yang disebut dalam Akta ini, dan hak orang yang menuntut melalui, daripada atau di bawah mereka.
