s 35 Renewal of practising certificate of registered training institution
(1) A registered training institution may apply to renew its practising certificate issued under subsection 34(3) before the date of expiration of the practising certificate within such period and in such manner as may be determined by the Commission.
(2) A registered training institution which applies for the renewal of the practising certificate after the date of expiration of the practising certificate shall pay a prescribed late fee.
(3) An application under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee and such information, particulars or document as may be determined by the Commission.
(4) After considering the application, the Commission may—
(a) approve the application and renew the practising certificate upon payment of a prescribed fee; or
(b) refuse the application, stating the grounds for refusal.

Pembaharuan perakuan amalan institusi latihan berdaftar
(1) Institusi latihan berdaftar boleh memohon untuk membaharui perakuan amalannya yang dikeluarkan di bawah subseksyen 34(3) sebelum tarikh habis tempoh perakuan amalan itu dalam apa-apa tempoh dan mengikut apa-apa cara sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Suruhanjaya.
(2) Institusi latihan berdaftar yang memohon bagi pembaharuan perakuan amalan selepas tarikh habis tempoh perakuan amalan itu hendaklah membayar fi lewat yang ditetapkan.
(3) Permohonan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah disertakan dengan fi yang ditetapkan dan apa-apa maklumat, butir-butir atau dokumen sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Suruhanjaya.
(4) Selepas menimbangkan permohonan itu, Suruhanjaya boleh—
(a) meluluskan permohonan itu dan membaharui perakuan amalan itu selepas dibayar fi yang ditetapkan; atau
(b) menolak permohonan itu, dengan menyatakan alasan bagi penolakan itu.
