(1) A person shall, if at any time requested by the Commission by written notice, allow the Commission or its authorized officers or any other person specified by the Commission in the written notice, access to his or its records for the purpose of carrying out the Commission’s functions and powers under this Act.
(2) Any person who fails to comply with the written notice under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit.

Akses kepada rekod
(1) Seseorang hendaklah, jika pada bila-bila masa diminta oleh Suruhanjaya melalui notis bertulis, membenarkan Suruhanjaya atau pegawai diberi kuasa atau mana-mana orang lain yang dinyatakan oleh Suruhanjaya dalam notis bertulis itu, untuk mendapat akses kepada rekodnya bagi maksud menjalankan fungsi dan kuasa Suruhanjaya di bawah Akta ini.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang tidak mematuhi notis bertulis di bawah subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi dua puluh ribu ringgit.
