s 18 Amendment of Schedule 6
Schedule 6 to the principal Act is amended— (a) by substituting for paragraph 12c the following paragraph: “12c. Any profit paid, credited or distributed, whether in cash or in kind, to partners other than an individual, by a limited liability partnership.”; and (b) by inserting after paragraph 12 c the following paragraph: “12d. Any profit paid, credited or distributed, whether in cash or in kind, to a partner who is an individual, by a limited liability partnership, amounting to one hundred thousand ringgit or less.”.
