Official Secrets Act 1972 s 7B

s 7B Placing in confidence of foreign agent

Any person who does any act so as to place or likely to place himself in the confidence of any foreign agent shall be guilty of an offence punishable with imprisonment for a term not less than one year but not exceeding five years.

Meletakkan diri dalam kepercayaan ejen negara asing

Seseorang yang melakukan apa-apa perbuatan supaya dirinya diletakkan atau mungkin diletakkan dalam kepercayaan mana-mana ejen negara asing melakukan suatu kesalahan yang boleh dihukum dengan pemenjaraan selama tempoh tidak kurang dari satu tahun tetapi tidak melebihi lima tahun.
