An offender sentenced to undergo corporal punishment may be detained in a prison or some other convenient place for such time as may be necessary for carrying the sentence into effect, or for ascertaining whether the same shall be carried into effect.
Tahanan sementara menanti hukuman jasad
Seseorang pesalah yang telah dihukum untuk menjalani hukuman jasad boleh ditahan dalam penjara atau di suatu tempat lain yang sesuai selama yang perlu untuk menjalankan hukuman itu, atau untuk memastikan sama ada hukuman itu akan dilaksanakan.
