s 109 Provision to prevent conflict of laws
In the event of inconsistency or conflict between this Act and any other written law in force at the commencement of this Act, the provisions this Act shall prevail.

Sekiranya terdapat ketidakselarasan atau percanggahan antara Akta ini dengan mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain yang berkuat kuasa pada permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini, Akta ini hendaklah terpakai.
