s 21 Kuasa untuk memeriksa rekod

Mana-mana orang yang diberi kuasa oleh Pihak Berkuasa Petroleum boleh pada bila-bila masa yang munasabah memeriksa dan membuat ringkasan atau salinan apa-apa rekod, penyata, pelan atau peta yang dikehendaki disimpan atau dibuat oleh pemegang lesen mengikut lesen ini.
