Section 1

SECTION 1. Section three, subsection (b), of Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and sixty-tour is hereby amended by striking out the word "Masaplud" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "Quinayan," of the municipality of Guihulngan, Oriental Negros.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the same shall take effect on its passage, in accordance with section one of Act Numbered Nineteen hundred and forty-five of the Philippine Legislature. Enacted, February 3, 1914.
