SECTION 1. Section three, subsection (b), of Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and sixty-tour is hereby amended by striking out the word "Masaplud" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "Quinayan," of the municipality of Guihulngan, Oriental Negros.
