SEC. 204. The provisions of sections one hundred and forty-seven to one hundred and fifty-three, inclusive, of Act Numbered Fourteen hundred and fifty-nine; Title Eight of Book Two; Section Third of Title Three, Book Three of the Code of Commerce; and all laws or parts of laws in conflict or inconsistent with this Act, are hereby repealed.
SEC. 205. This Act shall be in effect on and after the first day of July, nineteen hundred and fifteen. Enacted, December 11, 1914.
