Section 371
SEC. 371. The Insular Collector shall, from time to time, prescribe such interior regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, as may be deemed necessary by him for the proper conduct of the customs business throughout the Archipelago. Collectors of customs at subports of entry shall prescribe similar interior regulations for the government of their respective ports, which regulations shall be approved by the Insular Collector.
