Section 1

Sec. 1. The President of the Philippines is authorized to conduct negotiations with the President of the United States for the purpose of securing the assignment of Filipinos to embassies or consulates of the United States in foreign countries for such training, work, or services as may be agreed upon.

Section 2

Sec. 2. There .is appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise, appropriated, the sum of two hundred thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the payment or reimbursement of'salaries, travelling, and other expenses of Filipinos who may be assigned under this Act.

Section 3

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon.its approval. Approved, May 31, 1939.
