SECTION 1. The Director of Fisheries is hereby authorized to establish an experimental and demonstration oyster farm in the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Ilocos Sur, which shall be called Ilocos Sur Oyster Experimental and Demonstration Station.
SEC. 2. The sum of thirty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effective purpose of this Act during the fiscal year ending June fortieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-one. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect, upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
