SEC. 2. The sum of thirty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effective purpose of this Act during the fiscal year ending June fortieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-one. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
