SEC. 32. If any provision of this Act or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this Act or the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances should not be affected thereby.
SEC. 33. Section eleven hundred and nine to Section eleven hundred twenty-nine of the Administrative Code, and such other laws, executive orders, rules and regulations inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are repealed.
SEC. 34. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 22, 1963.
