Section 10

SEC. 10. Provision of Facilities for Breast-milk Collection and Storage.—The health institution adopting rooming-in and breastfeeding shall provide equipment, facilities, and supplies for breastmilk collection, storage and utilization, the standards of which shall be defined by the Department of Health.
