SEC. 79. All distilled spirits shall be drawn from the receiving cistern into vessels of not less capacity than fifteen liters, and shall thereupon be gauged, proved, and marked by marking the package r containing such spirits, in a manner to be prescribed by the Collector of Internal Revenue, the quantity in wine or gauge liters and in proof liters contained in each cask, which shall be immediately " removed into the distillery warehouse.
