Section 1

SECTION 1. That portion of section five of Act Numbered Eight hundred and sixty-seven, entitled "Act amending organization of courts," which relates to the Second .Judicial District is hereby amended so as to read as follows: "The Second Judicial District shall consist of the Provinces of Ilocos Norte and Jlocos Sur, including the subprovince of Abra."
